Yesterday we celebrated Columbus Day.  Schools and banks were closed but it wasn't a party for everybody.  Many people feel that the name of the holiday should be changed.  Native Americans were already in America when Christopher Columbus "discovered" it so really he made the rest of the world aware of the Americas...
