I am in charge of bringing dessert for Easter dinner.  I always have grand ideas in my head that turn to store bought something or other in the end.  This year, I am going to make them say, "Wow!"  I have found some easy recipes that look like I spent all day in the kitchen.

How cute is this Snow Bunny Cupcake (pictured above)?  The white snowball snack cake does all the work of forming the perfect bunny head.  After reading through the recipe, I think the work will be gathering all the ingredients at the grocery store.

It only takes five ingredients to make Easter Nests.  You can use jelly beans or pastel M&M's for the eggs.  I'm thinking of going fancy and using Cadbury mini eggs.  You could even have  Peeps sitting on top of the eggs.  Now I'm starting to impress you, aren't I?

Okay, I have never used candy melts so that might be the challenge to these sweet Nutter Butter Easter Chicks.  Can you guess what the nose is?  An orange tic tac. You can use white candy melts and marshmallow ears to make these cookies into bunnies.

Carrot Cake

Now this is a Carrot Cake!  Jelly beans and sour straws make decorating this cake easy to do.  To save time you can use a box mix cake and store bought frosting.  The fun thing is, everyone will wonder is it carrot cake flavor or will it be chocolate.  The choice is yours.

Happy Easter!
