I found my dream home!  Every once in a while, the dreamer in me loves to check out the real estate listings and see what's out there. It's always fun to see the most expensive and extravagant property I can find and pretend I can afford it.

I came across a stunning property on zillow.com that is the most expensive home for sale in Oneonta right now.  It's a gorgeous home listed currently at $699,000 by Stefan Marikovics of Keller Williams with a main home and guest home on the estate.  That's just the beginning!  The homes sit on 78 beautiful acres and include three spring fed ponds with stunning views all around.  One of the ponds is fully stocked with fish and if you love the outdoors, this property is ideal since it borders a 150 nature preserve. Not only that but the entire property was designed by a master landscaper.  Ok, I'm already in love!

I could honestly just pitch a tent and live on this property but then again, why would I do that when I can live in the lap of luxury inside either of the homes?  I won't be able to do any of it justice without showing some photos...
