Kid Rock Gives Fan A Cool Birthday Surprise [Video]

This is so awesome! Dan McGurk, young man with down syndrome and a huge Kid Rock fan, was celebrating his 30th birthday when he got the thrill of a lifetime. Guess who showed up?! None other than Kid Rock and some band members, giving Dan, the surprise of his life.

There is a back story to this. Dan has a Facebook page, that let's the world know how big of a fan he really is and that Kid Rock is invited to his party. Kid Rock came with some great gifts, too. Watch this video, it's awesome:
