The Los Angeles formed hard-rock group, Ratt is our Friday Flashback feature group.  The hair band, made up of Stephen Pearcy on vocals, Warren DeMartini and Robbin Crosby on guitar, Juan Croucier on bass, and Bobby Blotzer on drums, had two top 40 Billboard hits.  "Round And Round" in 1984 and "Lay It Down" in 1985.

My sister had their debut album, "Out of The Cellar" and the only way to play it, was loud.  Thanks for letting me rock out with you, Micki!  Looking back, they seemed almost dangerous at the time.  Maybe that was part of the excitement.  Now, their music doesn't seem so hardcore, but I still love the hairband rock.  Check out the videos and flashback with me:

Every Friday from 9am to 10am we flashback to the eighties and early nineties on the Mix 103.9 WSRK.
