Halloween is almost here and with it, that all-important question, "To dress up or not to dress up?".  Typically, unless I have been invited to a Halloween costume party which don't seem to be a common thing for adults to have, I don't dress up.  With that said, I am always impressed by those that take the time to really "do it up" with a Halloween costume.  Some people put a lot of effort into getting all dressed up for Halloween and according to The National Retail Federation, 68% of Americans are expected to purchase a Halloween costume this year.   Is that you?
