St. Patrick's day is just around the corner, Sunday March 17, 2013.  A weekend of wearing of the green, Guinness, Bailey's, and Jameson's.  You've had your favorite Irish drinks in a glass, now try them in a dessert.  Here are my top 5 picks for St. Patrick's Day desserts:

Chocolate Guinness Cupcakes

Chocolate Guinness cupcakes (pictured above) consist of one cup of Guinness stout and brings a flavorful twist to the chocolate treat.  Simple dessert with about thirty minutes time.

Bailey's Irish Cupcakes

Bailey's Irish cupcakes are a quick sweet treat to help you celebrate.  Add about six tablespoons of Bailey's Irish cream or your favorite Irish cream liqueur.  In about thirty minutes total time, you'll have prepped, mixed, and baked this goodie.

Bailey's brownie sundae could not be simpler.  Ice cream, Bailey's, and brownies.  A fun adult dessert.
