Totally Tracie: Go Fly A Kite [Video]

Yesterday, I did something that I have never done before.  I flew a kite!  It was really very easy, fun, and relaxing.  Once I caught a breeze, I was flying.  I don't know why but I always thought it would be complicated.    I felt like a big deal as I let the kite go higher and higher.  You know, like a real pro.  The kids had a lot of fun, but I think the biggest kid (my husband, Pat) had the most.

We used very inexpensive kites from the super center, and they worked great!  Now, of course, if you are crafty, you can make your own at home.  You can use a plastic bag, a plastic table cloth, or have the kids decorate heavy craft paper.  Here is how:
