The Nassau County District Attorney is conducting a criminal investigation into allegations brought against former New York State Attorney General Eric Schniederman. According to Governor Cuomo's Office, Governor Cuomo has asked Madeline Singas to look at the case and wants her to leave no stone unturned in looking at all of the allegations that were in the New Yorker magazine article that first exposed this situation. Schniederman resigned Monday after the article was published in the New Yorker which identified four women accusing him of physical abuse.
