Dan announced today that he is officially on a diet and like many dieters, he'll restrict certain foods.   Man, he picked a bad day to to start a diet because today is National Eat What You Want Day!  Or maybe that is a great way to start a diet because there are no restrictions, hmmm.   How will you celebrate?  I'm not hungry yet so I'm not sure...that and I usually eat whatever anyway.  I definitely think ice cream will be a part of my day.  I enjoy food but I'm not a junk food junkie.  I love my fruits and veggies! But I also love cheese and butter.  Don't feel guilty about your food today, eat and be happy!

If you like fast food there is a study at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri that requires participants to eat only fast food for three months.  The volunteers will be paid $3,500 and will be enrolled in a weight loss program after the study concludes. The study is to help research obesity, diabetes and other diet risk-factors.
