I'd better premise this by saying I am not a snacker.  I love snacks, but know full well that snacking is a promise of continuous additional pounds on my body.  No thanks.  I'm opting out of that scenario.  However, that's not to say that I always avoid snacks.  Give me a salty snack over a sweet any day, especially cheese doodles.  I must say that of that category, Cheetos are my favorite.  If I had my hands on a bag of those, I could easily down the whole thing.  That's my go-to snack a couple of times a  year when I just can't resist the temptation.  Let's find out what snack you reach for first when a craving comes on...
