Today in Music History We Go Back To 1983 [Video]

On this day, 1983, the number one song in the country was a duet from Grammy Award winning artists, Patti Austin and James Ingram.  'Baby Come To Me' would stay in the top spot for two weeks.  This would be Ingram's first number one single and the only number one pop single for Austin as she is more famous for other genres.
