It's all the rage in my house these days, "Cups" by Anna Kendrick, which my son learned to do in school and loves it because it just so much fun to do.  It looks impressive, sounds cool and is fun to do.  All you need is a plastic cup, a good sense of rhythm, and a bit of practice. 

Where does this phenomenon come from?  It's featured in the movie "Pitch Perfect" in a scene where actress and Broadway star, Anna Kendrick sings "When I'm Gone" and uses a cup for a cool rhythmic sound since she happens to be in a kitchen.  The song became known as the "Cups" or the cup song.  Check out the video below
