The coronavirus has shut down a lot of businesses and halted production on movies and TV shows. It has also postponed the launch of one streaming service that was going to bring back one of our favorite shows, "Friends".

Nobody likes to be put on hold.  We want service now.  It is one of the inevitable things.  The other day I had called a customer service line, which was automated, and I was on hold for twenty three minutes before I just hung up.  A recent survey by ResearchNow, revealed that the average person will spend about forty three days of their life on hold with automated customer service systems.  Read
