New York State’s economy added 2,900 private sector jobs in September, which brought the state's job count to an all-time high of 7.3 million, the State Department of Labor reported late last week.

A website designed to help unemployed New Yorkers find jobs has been successful. Jobs Express, a website that was launched in October of 2011 has helped over 44,000 unemployed individuals find work.

Think about your job for a minute.  Is your day stressful?  Do you have lack of movement?  These factors could be contributing to your weight gain.  It makes sense.  Eating a lot of take out at your desk, indulging in doughnuts and snacks as a quick fix, it all adds up especially if you don't get up and move around...
