Department of Labor Launches New, User-Friendly ‘Jobs Express’ Website

A website designed to help unemployed New Yorkers find jobs has been successful. Jobs Express, a website that was launched in October of 2011 has helped over 44,000 unemployed individuals find work.

Jobs Express features videos that offer advice to job seekers and an electronic job-matching tool known as skills matching and referral technology, which generates job leads. The Labor Department updates the job listings daily.
