The New York State legislature has OK'd small fireworks for this year's July 4th home celebrations. Sparklers, party poppers, fireworks fountains and some small ground based fireworks are the only types allowed.

Had a great time at the Otsego County Fair in Morris, N.Y., yesterday. My fair day started with our live broadcast and included harness racing, watching some livestock shows, washing sheep (yes, I said washing sheep), food, pig racing, and parade with fireworks being the finale.
