The last two months of the year are ones that we are most likely to put on a few extra pounds.  The holiday season can be the most delicious time of year.  You might be surprised to learn how many calories you consume during Thanksgiving dinner.  Don't be surprised if it adds up to 3000 calories or more in one meal.
