A new weight loss study was conducted by the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Harvard Medical School and the results are shocking! The results reinforce that diet and exercise are the only ways to lose weight and keep it off. Who knew? Over 4000 obese Americans were part of the study and those who exercised regularly and consumed less fat were more likely to lose weight. Just mind blowing. So what about the use of fad diets, diet foods and pills?  They were not associated with long term weight loss.
