NBC’s ‘The Voice’ Welcomes Utica’s Shawn Smith [Video]

How nerve wracking for Utica, New York singer, Shawn Smith.  He was the last contestant of the blind auditions on NBC's 'The Voice', last night.  He sang "Chicken Fried" from the Zac Brown Band and all the judges agreed that was good.  But why weren't the chairs turning around?

Well, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Christina Aguilera had already filled their teams.  Team Cee lo was the only team with an opening and he had already passed up some talented singers in this last round of auditions.  It has to be nerve wrenching waiting for one chair, any chair to turn around, but that much more crazy when only one chair is left to turn around takes its sweet time. But finally, Cee lo does, and welcomes Shawn, aka Big sexy, to his team.
