Motown Comes to O-Town to Benefit Opportunities for Otsego
On Saturday April 27, Opportunities for Otsego will be hosting its third annual fundraising banquet at the Foothills PAC in Oneonta.
Planning and Research Director at Opportunities for Otsego, Megan Stanley, talked about the event.
"This year's theme is 'Motown Comes to O-town,'" Stanley said. "We're featuring live performances with Blues Maneuver, Wendy Slicer, Tamiko Williams, and DJ Wooden. We will also be honoring SUNY Oneonta with the Community Partnership Award, Katie Booan, who is a Cooperstown High School Student with the Youth Service Award, and Poletta Louis with the Personal Achievement Award."
Stanley said all the proceeds will go to support all the services and programs at Opportunities for Otsego.
