What is the best way to loose weight?  Cut out carbs?  Cut out fat?  Maybe both?  I had the rare opportunity to watch something other Disney channel yesterday, and it peaked my interest.  Dr. Oz was talking about losing weight by eating the foods right for your body type.  What?  Lose weight by eating?  I'm in.  But what is my body type?  He provided a quick, easy quiz to take to determine your own body type.  The results are in, I am a type A which means I need to eat more protien.  I found it refreshing to hear that you can "eat" to get healthier.  Dr. Oz goes on to explain how foods like carbs, fats, and protiens affect people differently.

Answering four simple questions might give you the combination you've been needing to unlock your body's potential.  Easy steps to follow even with the holidays upon us.  So it doesn't mean I can eat a plate of cookies, but at least I don't have to cut them out entirely.  Thank goodness.
