Lisa Marie Presley’s Old Anniversary Date [Video]

Lisa Marie Presley, daughter of the late Elvis Presley, is our focus in music history today.  August 10th, 2002, Lisa Marie married actor, Nicholas Cage in Hawaii.  Cage filed for divorce less than four months later.  This was Presley's third marriage. 

She was married previously to musician, Danny Keough in 1988.  They have two children.  Probably her most media covered marriage was to the late, Michael Jackson.  They married in 1994.  Presley married guitarist  Michael Lockwood in 2006 (to present) and gave birth to their twin girls in 2008.

I am both a fan of Elvis and Lisa Marie.  I remember when Elvis died, August 16, 1977.  I was only four but I remember it because my dad was such a big fan.  The whole family, my aunt, uncle,  cousins, and grandma were at our camp on Oneida Lake.  The announcement impacted the world.  I remember crying and being sad.  I felt so bad for my parents.  I didn't fully understand what was happening but I knew it was big.
