Leaf Art & Poetry Contest and Swing Dance Series [Audio]

Carol Mandigo joined us this morning to talk about a couple of events.  "High On Life" is the theme of this year's art and poetry contest held by Leaf, Inc. The competition explores the beauty of living a life free of addiction and other self-destructive behaviors.  The opening gala and free party will be this Friday, April 26, 2013 fro 6pm-9pm at Cano, 11ford Ave, Oneonta, N.Y.

The Spring Swing dance series, presented by First Night, will be this Thursday, April 25, 2013 at the Foothills Performing Arts Center.  The event includes dance lessons, live music with Blues Maneuver, and lots of fun.  The event is the same but the venue is different.  Carol Mandigo tells us more about both events:
