Fireworks Flew at Hometown 4th of July

Another great Hometown 4th of July celebration in Neahwa Park in Oneonta.  I remember my first party in the park, it was 1995.  I graduated from SUNY Oneonta and was just hired by the radio station.  Through the years my old band Lazy T played the event numerous times before the fireworks went off.  Good times then and good times now.

Yesterday was a great day in the park.  Big Chuck, was the master of ceremonies and is pictured above with the Otsego County Dairy Princess. More events, music, and groups at this year's party.  It had a real festival feel as music alternated on two stage.  A very popular spot was the resting tent provided by Five Star Subaru.  People could go in and sit, rest and cool off.   First Night did a great job putting this event together and we (Townsquare Media) were proud to be a part of it.  Great fireworks provided by Five Star Subaru.  Hope you enjoyed it too.
