As the host of the WSRK "Thursday Night Jukebox" I get to really play the "soundtrack of our lives."  Last Thursday night I discovered a wonderful little gem of a factoid.  Did you know that Neil Sedaka's classic song "Breaking Up Is Hard To Do" is 50 years old this year!  Amazing.  This is a song that went to #1 twice (1962 and 1975) with different versions by the original artist...the only time that has ever happened!  I danced to it in the Sock Hops of the 1960s and later I danced to it as a grown man.  I took a "Big Chuck Bus" of 52-listeners to Proctors Theatre in Schenectady a couple of years ago to see Neil.  And believe me, he hasn't lost an ounce of talent!Check out this classic 1962 video of a very young Neil Sedaka singing this evergreen song on a Miami television show.  It is great....
