On this day, April 4th, 1998 R&B artists K-Ci & Jojo started a three-week run at No.1 on the U.S. singles chart with "All My Life". The duo, consisting of brothers Cedric "K-Ci" Hailey and Joel "JoJo" Hailey, were later nominated for two Grammy awards for the same single. Best R&B Vocal Performance and Best R&B Song.
