Fracking Protesters Rally in Albany

Hundreds of hydraulic fracking opponents rallied outside the state capital Monday in what is likely to be the beginning of lots more demonstrations if Gov. Andrew Cuomo sanctions high volume drilling in New York.

Speakers at the rally talked about how they believe hydraulic fracking poses serious environmental and health risks. According to information leaked to the New York Times in June, Cuomo is about to allow fracking in 5 counties near the pa. Border including Chenango.
