Chestnut Street Car Accident Results in Drug Bust

Domenico Finkbiner, 18, of Sidney was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance Monday, according to a report in The Daily Star.

Finkbiner is alleged to have possessed heroin as a passenger in a car driven by Eric Doherty, 21, of Unadilla, which crashed on Chestnut St.

Doherty was ticketed for following too closely. His vehicle struck the back of a car driven by Rose Grant.

Christopher Guardiano, 24, also of Unadilla, was transported to A.O. Fox Hospital for apparent drug overdose symptoms. He was found unconscious with a hypodermic needle on his lap, according to The Daily Star‘s report.
