Chicken wings have become a staple on game day.  I don't want to frighten anyone, but the The National Chicken Council has announced that the demand for chicken wings this year is at an all time high.  Problem is that chicken wing production is down due to the high cost of corn and feed.  Wings are now the highest priced portion of chicken per pound you can can buy.  The cost is up 12% from last year.  The organization estimates approximately 1.23 billion wings will be consumed over the course of Super Bowl weekend.
