Taylor Dayne Scores First Number One Single Today In Music History [Video]

Leslie Wundermann is the star of today's note in music history.  Maybe you don't recognize her birth name so let's talk showbiz.  Today, April 7, in 1990, Taylor Dayne scored her first number single on the U.S. singles chart.

The hit, "Love Will Lead You Back", from Dayne's "Can't Fight Fate" album, was penned by award winning songwriter, Diane Warren.  It proved to be a winning combination as the single would stay at number one on the Adult Contemporary chart for four weeks.
