Incredible Dancer Works Out ‘Uptown Funk’ on the Treadmill
Is Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson's catchy jam "Uptown Funk" the secret behind viral videos? We're starting to think so.
Following the flight attendant with killer moves and the students at A. Maceo Smith New Tech high school, comes choreographer Carson Dean's gym-ready "Uptown Funk" rendition. The video, which passed one million views on YouTube in four days, will definitely make you rethink your workout routine.
In a gym that otherwise looks pretty boring, Dean's choreography really ups the ante — complete with kicks, somersaults, and spins — and proves that he can work the treadmill just as hard as the dancefloor. But don't just take our word for it, watch the man in all his smooth glory in the video above.
Of course, if you have ever been to a gym, you know that for liability reasons, they do not want you busting out these grooves. You're not even supposed to walk backwards on a treadmill. So, we would suggest, if you're going to attempt this at home, use the floor! You don't want to end up like overeager Price Is Right announcer George Gray.
