Two Charged In Relation to SKCS Burglary

State police in Margaretville have announced the arrest of two subjects  elated to a reported burglary at South Kortright Central School that occurred on July 6. Troopers responded to the school that date in response to an intrusion alarm at the school at 3:45 a.m.

While checking the school two male subjects were seen fleeing from school property into a wooded area along State Route 10. Computer equipment was found to be stolen from the school. T

he investigation led to the arrest of 17-year-olds Chandler Gual and Kenneth Adams both of Hobart. On July 10, both were charged with one count each of burglary third degree. Both were arraigned in Stamford Town Court and will reappear July 23.
