With St. Patrick's Day on the way, it is a great excuse to try some yummy Irish spirits.  I have to admit, when I think of Irish drinks, Shamrock shake usually pops in my head first.  But I'm talking about harder drinks.  The ones that makes the leprechauns do a little jig.  The following drinks offer a little something different:
