Winter Weather Advisory in effect from January 26, 01:00 PM EST until January 27, 06:00 PM EST.  Hazardous Weather Outlook is in effect.

The National  Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a winter weather advisory for snow and blowing snow.  As reported by the National Weather Service:

* LOCATIONS...WAYNE COUNTY PA...AND OTSEGO AND DELAWARE COUNTIES  NY.

* HAZARDS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 7 INCHES OF SNOW...HEAVIEST IN EASTERN

PORTIONS OF WAYNE...OTSEGO...AND DELAWARE COUNTIES.

* IMPACTS...DIFFICULT TRAVEL ESPECIALLY TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY WITH

SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY.

* TIMING...ONLY LIGHT SNOW TODAY...THEN SNOW BECOMING HEAVY AT

TIMES TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY AS THE STORM STRENGTHENS.

* TEMPERATURES...MAINLY MID TEENS TO LOW 20S.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH LATE TODAY INTO TONIGHT...BECOMING

NORTH-NORTHWEST TUESDAY WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

THIS WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW AND
BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES.  BE PREPARED FOR
SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES...AND USE CAUTION WHILE
