Anne Hathaway memorably played Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises, but she very nearly played another catty superhero. The Oscar-winning actress was set to play Black Cat in Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man 4, which would have also featured John Malkovich as Vulture. That film was canceled shortly before filming and Sony eventually decided to reboot the whole franchise. That’s just one of the facts packed into the latest episode of You Think You Know Movies, which goes completely batty with The Dark Knight Rises!

Practically everyone loves Batman, thanks in part to Christopher Nolan's recent 'Dark Knight' take, so it's difficult to imagine any major disinterest in Warner Bros.' new Batman Exhibit, which will be on display as part of the studio's VIP tour. 'The Dark Knight Rises' hits DVD and Blu-ray on December 4th (just in time for the holidays!) and a few early copies have leaked in advance of the official release. One of the behind-the-scenes documentaries included on the discs shows off some behind-the-scenes photos of Tom Hardy as Bane plus some concept art on what Bane almost looked like.

'The Dark Knight Rises' may be gone from theaters but that doesn't mean that we're not getting new posters. Or at least getting old posters. As the film prepares to hit Blu-ray and DVD next month and a potential Oscar push, we get a rare look today at three 'Dark Knight Rises' posters that were never actually used in the film's marketing campaign.
