It is finally here!  Townsquare Media and Five Star Subaru present Jr Idol tonight at the Oneonta Theatre at 6 p.m. Tonight is the audition round for our singers ages 11-15 years. The contestants have handed in their songs, and Jeff Wood of Northern Star Productions will be providing the music. I will be your host again this year as seek out this year's Jr Idols.

Another great Hometown 4th of July celebration in Neahwa Park in Oneonta.  I remember my first party in the park, it was 1995.  I graduated from SUNY Oneonta and was just hired by the radio station.  Through the years my old band Lazy T played the event numerous times before the fireworks went off...

Only a week away until our Hometown 4th of July Celebration! A full day of family fun at Neahwa Park in Oneonta, NY and admission is FREE!  Some changes this year that we know everyone will be excited about include two stages!  Two stages for nonstop music all day long kicking off at noon.  Also, the celebration will spread out further across the park this year.

Last night we crowned our winners in the 4th Annual Jr Idol competition brought to you by Five Star Subaru.  The Oneonta Theatre filled with excitement as our finalists took the stage.

Auditions are over and the semi-finalists have been announced.  Congrats to the 13-16yrs contestants and to our 17-20yrs contestants who made it on to semi-finals on Wednesday  May 16th at the Oneonta Theatre.  Showtime 6pm and admission is free courtesy of Five Star Subaru in Oneonta...

We kicked off our 4th Jr Idol competition presented by FIVE STAR SUBARU last night in our first round of auditions at the Oneonta Theatre.  Lots of talented young singers.
