The Cancer Services Program of Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie counties will offer free health screenings to women 40 and older who are uninsured.  There are no income guidelines.

Edmeston Central School National Honor Society, in cooperation with Bassett 5210, is happy to be hosting the second annual Turkey Trot this Saturday, November 9, 2013 at the school.  Registration will be begin at 7:30am and the Turkey Trot starts at 9am.  You can choose to participate in the 2K waddle or the 5K run.

This Saturday, October 19, 2013, at the Southside Mall in partnership with Bassett Healthcare Network, is the Health and Wellness Expo from 11am to 4pm.  Local community experts will be on hand sharing information on health, safety, childhood, and senior living.  Lots of live demonstrations and informative talks providing information on services available to you and your family.

Dr. John Kelley takes over the position with previous experience as Chief of Cardiac Surgery at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica and nearly 20 years of experience as a cardiac surgeon in central New York.
