In a notable recognition of the craft beer scene, an Upstate New York brewing company’s beer has been named one of the 11 best beers in the world by Bloomberg.
Sip N' Sail Tavern owner Adrian Origoni, 40, was charged with selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21 after an operative by the New York State Police, city of Oneonta Police Department, and New York State Liquor Authority to curb underage drinking in the city.
The agencies checked local bars in Oneonta and Stamford after several reports of underage drinking.
New York State police conducted an underage drinker initiative July 4th across Delaware and Otsego Counties that resulted in two arrests for unlawful sale of alcohol to a person less than 21 years of age, in violation of the alcoholic beverage control law.
