I was taking a look at alcohol.org and they have a study on American drinking habits during the COVID-19 stay at home order.

Sip N' Sail Tavern owner Adrian Origoni, 40, was charged with selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21 after an operative by the New York State Police, city of Oneonta Police Department, and New York State Liquor Authority to curb underage drinking in the city. The agencies checked local bars in Oneonta and Stamford after several reports of underage drinking.

New York State police conducted an underage drinker initiative July 4th across Delaware and Otsego Counties that resulted in two arrests for unlawful sale of alcohol to a person less than 21 years of age, in violation of the alcoholic beverage control law.

Normally when studies about binge drinking come out we talk about teenagers and college students, but not this time.  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reveal that nearly three-fourths of those who binge drink are over age 26.  The fastest growing group of binge drinkers may surprise you.
