NYS Police Arrest Two for Allegedly Selling Alcohol to Underage Customers

New York State police conducted an underage drinker initiative July 4th across Delaware and Otsego Counties that resulted in two arrests for unlawful sale of alcohol to a person less than 21 years of age, in violation of the alcoholic beverage control law.

The two that were arrested are 20-year-old Sean Nichols of Mirabito’s in Unadilla and 27-year-old Gurjeet Singh of Express Mart in Sidney.
