SUNY Oneonta Professor Publishes Chapbook of Poetry

Roger Hecht (English) has just published a chapbook collection of poems, Witness Report, with Finishing Line Press.  Hecht is a Professor in the Literature Department at SUNY Oneonta.

According to a press release from SUNY Oneonta, poet Bertha Rogers calls the collection “a little book of horrors that can’t be put down,” and describes Hecht as “a poet unafraid to look everyday life in the eye and tell the truth about it.” Poet Robert Bensen says of the book, “No poem-a-day soundbites here.” The book can be purchased directly from Finishing Line Press.
