Yesterday, the Otsego ReUse Center in Oneonta hosted SUNY Oneonta's Move Out Free Sale.  This program was created by SUNY Oneonta's Office of Sustainability in 2014 as a way to keep unwanted items from college students out of the garbage. Following the collection of items, they are offered to community members for free in the hopes that those most in need benefit.

Yesterday's Move Out Free Sale was a big success and the Otsego ReUse Center reports that there was a big turnout from the community and the large tent filled with items is now empty.  For those who were unable to make it, remember that there will be a number of items donated to the ReUse Center with Hartwick College graduation coming up this Saturday.  Check the Otsego ReUse Center Facebook page for more information or call (607) 353-7831.
