Police Nab Burglar of Oneonta Business

An investigation by the Otsego County Sheriff's Office into a burglary at an Oneonta business ended in the arrest of a suspect. According to Sheriff Richard Devlin Jr., the burglary took place at Personal Computer Services at 387 Chestnut St. in the Town of Oneonta, right next to Daddy Al's.

Scott Sieger, 21 years old, of Oneonta was arrested recently and charged with 3rd degree burglary and 4th degree grand larceny and helping himself to several items at PCS without permission. No information has been released regarding the value of the stolen items, if Sieger was released on bail or remanded to the Otsego County jail, or when a court appearance is expected.
