Police Charge 17-Year-Old Unadilla Man with Raping 11-Year-Old

State Police at Oneonta say Robert Cline, 17 of Unadilla, was charged over the weekend with rape, criminal sexual act and sexual abuse.

These charges against Cline are in connection with a report made on April 29.

Troopers say the alleged rape involved a child younger than 11. Cline was released on a ticket to appear in court at a later date.
