Otsego County Couple Accused in Rape & Abuse Case

An Otsego County man is accused of raping and sexually abusing two children under the age of 13 on several occasions in Delaware and Otsego Counties while an Otsego County woman knew about it and didn’t notify authorities.

New York State Police say 40-year-old Joshua Condon of Hartwick is charged with two felony counts of Predatory Sex Assault Against a child following an investigation into incidents that reportedly happened Otsego County. He was arrested on February 13 and sent to the Otsego County Jail without bail.

Then, State Police Say, they found Condon allegedly raped a victim who was under the age of 13 while in Delaware County. He was additionally charged April 27 with another felony count of Predatory Sexual Assault against a child.

Meanwhile, 34-year-old Jessica Bresee of Hartwick is accused of knowing about the incidents and not reporting them. She’s charged with two felony counts of Criminal Facilitation in Otsego County and one felony count of Criminal Facilitation in Delaware County.
