Oneonta YMCA instructor, Courtney Place, and State University College at Oneonta intern, Brandon, remind us that it is not too late to make our New Year's resolutions a reality.  The Y is offering a "Shape Up" program that will incorporate cardiovascular and weight training along with dietetic assistance.  The individual assessments will start this Saturday, January 19, 2013 then the program will begin on Monday, January 21, 2013 and run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.  Courtney tells us about deadlines, cost and more, listen in:
