Oneonta Gets New City Manager!

The Common Council has made a decision. The 2^nd ever city manager for Oneonta is MARTIN MURPHY, the County administrator in Cortland. Murphy holds a masters degree in public administration from Suny Brockport and a bachelors degree in business administration from SUNY Plattsburgh. Murphy is a credentialed city manager and is a member of the American Institute of certified Planners.
