If you have a child with special needs, it can be difficult to find all the resources available.  That's why The Oneonta School District and Family Resource Network have teamed up to bring area families with special needs children, especially high schoolers, a Community Resource Fair and Transition Services Event tonight (April 30) at the Foxcare Center on Route 7 in Oneonta from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.

There will be local organizations on hand for parents to connect with about available services to support special needs families when it comes to a variety of services and recreational opportunities for children.

If you have a child transitioning out of high school, there is assistance available to help with that big step.  There are many transitioning options from work to higher education.  This event is free and open to all families and individuals with disabilities.
