Warm temperatures and sunny skies have been gracing our Central New York region this week but that will soon end according the National Weather Service in Binghamton, there is a Winter Storm Warning in effect from late Thursday night through Friday evening for Chenango, Delaware and Otsego counties.  That translates to potential snow accumulation ranging from 10 to 16 inches.  Some areas may even get as much as 20 inches!  So don't put your snow shovels away yet!  As always, if there are any school closings or delays and other cancellations, we will have that information posted on our website Operation Alert page.
