New York State Fair Breaks Attendance Records

Day 11 of this year’s Great New York State Fair was one for the record books with close to 148,000 in attendance. That’s over 14,000 more than the previous all-time daily record set August 25, 2018 and the fifth daily attendance record for this year’s fair. More than 1.3 million came through the turnstiles during the 13-day run. The fair was revitalized beginning in 2015 with the beginning of $120 million in infrastructure investments.
